- Be registered for at least 3 years
- Have at least 1 year of experience in green hydrogen or related sectors
- Demonstrate financial strength:
- Average turnover of at least 25% of project cost (last 3 years)
- Positive net worth for the past 2 years
- Not have been blacklisted in the last 3 years
Note: Certain relaxations may be granted to government or semi-government entities with approval.
