Bharatiya Yuva Shakti Trust (BYST) is inviting applications for the position of State Head – Andhra Pradesh to lead and manage the implementation of its mentoring-led entrepreneurship development programme in the state.
The role involves driving entrepreneurship development initiatives, strengthening mentoring ecosystems, managing government and institutional partnerships, leading multi-location teams, and ensuring achievement of programme outcomes including outreach, training, mentoring, and enterprise creation.

- Lead implementation of BYST programmes across Andhra Pradesh
- Build and manage partnerships with Government, institutions, corporates, and stakeholders

- Represent BYST in state-level forums and stakeholder meetings

- 12–15 years of relevant experience in programme/project management
