IIMK LIVE (Laboratory for Innovation, Venturing and Entrepreneurship) is the business incubator and entrepreneurship development centre of Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM Kozhikode), established with the support of the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.

Seed Fund Grants: Up to ₹50 lakh per startup through IIMK LIVE.
Pilot Grant Scheme: Up to ₹1 crore per startup through IIMK LIVE.
Equity Investment: Direct investment support from Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL).

Eligibility Criteria for Submission Open for USHUS Seed Grant 2026 by IIMK LIVE Live

DPIIT Recognition: The applicant must be a startup recognized by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT).
Innovative Business Idea: The startup should have a viable product or service concept with demonstrated market potential, commercialization prospects, and scalability.
Maritime Sector Focus: The proposed solution or product must address challenges or opportunities within the maritime sector and align with the focus areas specified under the program.
Technology-Driven Innovation: The startup should leverage technology as a core component of its product, service, business model, distribution approach, or problem-solving methodology.
Indian Ownership Requirement: Indian promoters must hold at least 51% shareholding in the startup at the time of application, in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018.
