About the Position:
We are looking for an experienced Data Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our Data Management Center. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise in clinical data systems (EDC, CTMS, database programming), and a proven track record of managing study teams through the full clinical trial lifecycle — from study setup to database lock. This role combines people management, quality oversight, and hands-on data management execution.

Job Responsibilities: –
Study Setup:
- Design and implement CRF completion guidelines tailored to the study environment.
- Develop study build documents, validation plans, and edit check specification documents.
- Ensure all events/visits and associated forms are configured per the protocol’s schedule of events.
- Set up studies in CTMS per sponsor requirements (REDCap, MS Access, etc).
- Prepare and update SOPs and MOPs in line with procedural changes.
Study Conduct:
- Execute data management activities on assigned projects in a timely and efficient manner.
- Attend weekly/monthly conference calls.
- Perform data reconciliation for lab values and SAEs.
- Assign and manage EDC-generated queries within the team, ensuring timely resolution.
- Participate in protocol update discussions, highlighting data management implications (e.g., CRF changes, schedule of evaluation changes).
- Provide study data extracts to statisticians upon investigator request.
Study Close-Out:
- Track and review CRF pages for PI signature and CRA verification status.
- Ensure resolution of all data discrepancies.
- Prepare and send status reports (enrolment, follow-up retention, lab/storage data) to the PI prior to final sign-off.
- Manage database lock activities.
Qualifications & Requirements: –
- Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Clinical Data Management
- Hands-on experience with EDC systems like REDCap, Medidata will be added value
- Knowledge of R and/or Python
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, GCP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.
- Experience with SOP/MOP development and query management workflows.
Compensation: The compensation package will be commensurate with qualification & experience and the last salary drawn.
