KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

OPERATIONS

1. Coordinate data collection, compilation, and organization from multiple projects.
2. Assist basic data analysis and consolidation of project-level information for internal reporting.
3. Liaison with various stakeholders including donors and volunteers through emails or meetings.
4. Prepare and maintain HR-related documents and letters (appointment letters, experience letters, gratitude letters, etc.)
5. Prepare timely monthly, quarterly and annual reports ensuring regular updates for internal and external stakeholders.

PARTNERSHIPS

1. Support the identification and outreach of potential partnership opportunities.
2. Assist in coordinating activities related to new and existing partnerships.
3. Provide operational support for the successful execution of partnership initiatives and programs.
4. Respond to beneficiary and stakeholder queries, ensuring timely assistance and appropriate follow-up.
5. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to partnerships and beneficiary support.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operational activities.
7. Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

REPORTING:

? The Operations Executive will report directly to the Operations Manager and provide support in the day-to-day operational activities of Samarpan Foundation.

? The head office is based out of Delhi

REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS:

? Proven experience in the social development sector of 1-3 years. Freshers can apply.

? Strong interpersonal and management skills

? Effective communication skills in English and Hindi

? B.A/ M.A in social work, development studies, or other relevant fields

? Enjoys work with people from diverse groups, communities and affiliations.

? Empathy, diverse outlook and open to new experiences

? Statistical knowledge

SALARY RANGE

INR 2,58,000 P.A. -3,06,000 P.A.
