Under the High Patronage of HE Andry Rajoelina, President of the Republic of Madagascar, and HE Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic, the 2025 Young Leaders Program seeks to empower exceptional changemakers ready to tackle today’s global challenges and redefine leadership.

A unique leadership experience
This year’s cohort will embark on an immersive journey, connecting with some of the most influential figures across the public and private sectors in Africa and France. Through high-level exchanges, dynamic workshops, and transformative discussions, participants will gain the insights and networks to drive real impact.
- Two exclusive seminars
- June 2025 in France
- November 2025 in Madagascar
Further, this is more than just a leadership program—it’s a catalyst for action, a platform for influence, and a community of visionaries shaping the future through meaningful impact.
Eligibility & Application Requirements (Africa France Young Leaders Program 2025 with Funding)
Your application can be submitted in English or French.
Required Documents:
- A resume (CV)
- A copy of your passport photo page
- A 3-minute video introducing yourself and sharing your vision for strengthening French-African relations
Eligibility Criteria: (Africa France Young Leaders Program 2025 with Funding)
Age: between 28 and 40 years old in 2025
Nationality: must hold French nationality or be a citizen of an African country
Language: fluency in English is required; French is appreciated but not mandatory
Experience: at least three years of leadership experience with a demonstrated impact on your community, country, or region
Connection to France & Africa: a strong link through personal, professional, or academic experiences
