Application Open Sightsavers India Fellowship Programme Opportunity 2025, The Sightsavers India Fellowship is a 24-month intensive program designed to train recent postgraduate ophthalmologists (MS/DNB/DO) in clinical and surgical eye care, particularly for underserved and rural communities. Fellows undergo four months of structured training—including OPD exposure, high-volume cataract surgeries (SICS and phaco), and hands-on mentorship at leading institutions—before being placed in district locations for 20 months to deliver eye health services, participate in community surveys, and develop leadership and managerial skills. The fellowship includes financial support, residential facilities, self-transformation mentoring, and exposure to the Alcon Phaco Development program

Eligibility (Application Open Sightsavers India Fellowship Programme Opportunity 2025)

Postgraduate or a diploma holder in ophthalmology (MS/DNB/DO) from any recognized institute/ university in India, having sound knowledge on clinical ophthalmology (current year pass outs are eligible to apply).
