Apply for Women in Food and Agriculture Mentorship Program Cohort 2025, In 2024, a powerful movement began—more than 450 people from across the globe came together with a shared vision: to uplift and support women pursuing meaningful careers in the food and agriculture sector.
From rural farms to boardrooms, from laboratories to cutting-edge AgTech startups, women are shaping the future of how we grow, produce, and sustain the world. But they can’t do it alone.
That’s why this year, we’re opening our program to even more participants—welcoming people from all corners of the industry to either seek guidance or offer it. Whether you’re an aspiring professional looking to grow or a seasoned leader ready to give back, you have a role to play.
All it takes is one hour a month. One hour to share insights, build confidence, and help create a more gender-diverse future in agriculture and food.

Eligibility (Apply for Women in Food and Agriculture Mentorship Program Cohort 2025)
Mentor
You do not have to be a senior-level executive (or a woman)! We are looking for people at all levels and backgrounds to provide insights and guidance, and we will ensure that you have more experience than your mentee.
Mentor applicants should:
- Be a good listener
- Be an honest and open person who is willing to share your expertise
- Have at least one year of experience in the food and ag sector
- Be someone who can dedicate 1 hour per month to connect with your counterpart
- Ideally possess some leadership or management experience
Mentees
- Mentees are comprised of women who are working within agri-food or exploring a career within the industry.
- We welcome people of all career and education levels, and we will ensure that your mentor has the experience to provide you with insightful guidance.
Mentee applicants should be:
- A good listener
- An honest and open person who is willing to accept feedback
- Someone who would benefit from help and support from a senior person in our industry
- Someone who can dedicate 1 hour per month to meeting with a mentor
