Who Can Apply?
Community Collectives welcomes applications from passionate individuals who are committed to creating lasting change for children and communities.
Applications Are Invited From
- Individuals, initiatives, and organisations currently working with—or aspiring to work with—children from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
- Applicants preferably based in non-metro areas across the country.
Eligibility and Expectations
Applicants should:
- Be willing to work directly with children for at least 2 days per week.
- Commit to continuing their work with children for at least 2 years after completing the incubation program.
- Be available to attend all in-person training workshops, field visits, regular follow-up sessions, and webinars.
For Ideation-Stage Applicants
Individuals who are still developing their idea or are at the early ideation stage can also apply, provided they:
- Initiate on-ground work within the first six months of the incubation period, before the second residential workshop.
- Submit a detailed six-month action plan as part of the onboarding process.
