Thrive Capital Summer Fellowship 2026, At Thrive Capital, we’re dedicated to shaping the next generation of innovators, founders, investors, technologists, and researchers by inviting exceptional college students to join us for an immersive experience during the summer of 2026.
The Thrive Fellowship offers a 10-week, full-time paid internship at our New York office, providing fellows with the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain firsthand exposure to the dynamic world of venture capital. In addition to a competitive stipend to help offset educational expenses, fellows will apprentice with a dedicated Thrive team and take part in curated events and learning sessions designed to foster growth, collaboration, and insight into the firm’s core activities.
Through this fellowship, students will not only contribute meaningfully to real projects but also build lasting relationships and skills that serve as a strong foundation for their future careers in technology, investing, and entrepreneurship.

Eligibility Criteria

Current college freshman, sophomore, or junior with US work authorization.
Deep interest in technology and demonstration of exceptional ability.
Demonstrates respect for others. Ethical and honest. Earns trust and maintains confidence over time. Does what is right, not what is personally or politically expedient.
Ability to engage and clearly communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders and personalities. High degree of emotional intelligence. Capable of making a positive lasting impression with the Thrive team and our portfolio companies.
