 What is the 2026 Open Call for Participants for SparkChange Programme in Uganda and Tanzania?

The DW Akademie SparkChange Programme is a leadership and capacity-building initiative created for grassroots changemakers working in rural and peri-urban communities across Uganda and Tanzania.
