Eligibility
Organizations applying for a Cold Noses Foundation grant must be able to clearly track how the grant money is spent. Recipients are required to keep proper receipts, report actual expenses online, and provide details of the project’s results.

- U.S. organizations acting as an agent or intermediary for a foreign charitable organization.
- Organizations connected with or operating in Cuba, Iran, Sudan or Syria.
