DOST IX Call for Proposals Local Grants-in-Aid Program for 2026 Funding Philippines, DOST IX is now inviting applications for the Local Grants-In-Aid (GIA) Program, which offers a competitive enabling grant of up to PHP 4 million for a one-year research and development (R&D) project or program.
The Local GIA Program seeks to leverage the regionโs science and technology capabilities to drive innovation, promote sustainable economic growth, and support regional development initiatives.
The GIA Program aims to harness the regionโs scientific and technological capabilities to spur and attain a sustainable economic growth and development by funding relevant S&T undertakings designed to contribute to productivity improvement and quality of life of Filipinos by generating and promoting appropriate technologies.
