In order to ensure sustainable financial support, this NOFO seeks to establish cost-recovery systems for laboratory services and foster local production of laboratory supplies. By leveraging the progress made in existing HIV/TB programs, this NOFO aims to further strengthen these efforts.

- Total expected funding for Year 1 under this grant opportunity is $6,000,000, which will cover all awards made during the first year.
- The anticipated number of awards is between 1 and 2, depending on available funds and program priorities. The exact funding amounts for each award will be finalized upon issuance of the award.
- Projects are expected to be funded for five 12-month budget periods, covering a five-year performance period.

- Foreign or non-U.S. based entities.
Delivery location: While any type of organization may apply, you must conduct the project in Kenya.
