Kislay, an organization founded in 1992, is dedicated to improving the lives of marginalized informal sector workers, especially women workers, through a combination of education, awareness, and collective action. Our core work revolves around advocating for gender equality, labor rights, and social security, while their supporting activities focus on skill development, health awareness, and community engagement. By mobilizing communities, facilitating access to government schemes, and providing legal aid, Kislay empowers workers to demand their rights and live with dignity. Our holistic approach addresses both immediate needs (wages, health, safety) and long-term goals (gender equality, social security, and community empowerment).

Position Overview: (Consultant NGO Job in Delhi Last Date 19 June 2025)

Kislay is looking for a creative and motivated person to implement the gender and sexual rights awareness programs in the slum communities of Delhi.

Key Responsibilities: (Consultant NGO Job in Delhi Last Date 19 June 2025)

Implementing awareness prgrams on gender and sexual rights among the men, women and youth of the slum communities of Delhi.
Facilitating communities in formation of youth groups, women groups and men groups for collective education and actions.
To conduct community training programs, workshops with the community groups on gender and sexual rights issues.
To design the programs activities to engage the community for a collective cohesivness and cooperative behaviour.
Preparing monthly, bi-annual and annual reports of the project and submitting to the Project Director.
Work closely with the team to capture the learning and challenges.
Be an active part of internal meetings and brainstorming sessions

Required Skills & Competencies (Consultant NGO Job in Delhi Last Date 19 June 2025)

Willingness to travel for field visits
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
A collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn

Preferred Qualifications: (Consultant NGO Job in Delhi Last Date 19 June 2025)

Graduate degree in social work, Gender and sexual rigts programs or related fields
0–3 years of experience in community mobilization and conducting training programs on gender and sexual rights programs.

Rs. 3.25 lakhs per anum .
