- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract talent for various roles.
- Manage job postings, screen applications, and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
- Oversee onboarding
- Employee Relations & Welfare
- Address employee concerns and grievances professionally.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.
- Plan and coordinate staff engagement activities, and team-building initiatives.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring and workplace culture.
- Promote employee wellbeing through scheduling counselling sessions when required.
- Performance Management & Training
- Implement performance evaluation processes and support professional development.
- Identify training needs and coordinate capacity-building initiatives.
- Organize workshops and training programs related to leadership, skills development.
- Compliance & HR Policy Implementation
- Ensure HR policies and other policies comply with NGO regulations.
- Maintain personnel records, contracts, and other HR documentation.
- Handle payroll in collaboration with the finance team.
- Oversee leave management, attendance tracking, and employee benefits.
- Organizational Development & Strategy
- Support change management and organizational growth.
- Provide insights and reports on HR metrics and workforce planning.
Qualifications & Skills (Human Resources Officer NGO Job in Bangalore Apply by 8 March 2025)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the nonprofit/development sector.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and HR best practices.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
