Legal: Draft, manage, and represent the organization in legal cases across courts and tribunals.
Drafting: Prepare reports, proposals, case studies, etc. to ensure compliance of project requirements
Coordination: Engage with survivors, raise awareness, build relationships, support advocacy, and document challenges with the legal team.
Programme Management: Track project progress, identify opportunities for program improvement and recommend strategies to enhance goal achievement, collaborate with team, and represent the organization at meetings and events
Research: Conduct legal as well as non-legal research to explore potential opportunities for the organization

Qualifications (Programme Cum Legal Officer NGO Job in Delhi Apply by 20 April 2025)

: • Bachelor’s degree in law

Minimum 3 years’ experience in appearing before all courts/ tribunals and drafting documents including petitions, representations, complaints, etc.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Understanding of the challenges faced by survivors of acid attack and gender-based violence and a strong commitment to human rights and social justice.
Proficiency in legal knowledge, writing skills, data management and reporting.
