3. Position Based at: Darrang (Mangaldai) with Extensive travel to field area.

Job description: for NGO Job in Assam for Supervisor (Core Area) Apply By 25 May 2026            

• Develop Model Anganwadi Centres and continuous capacity building of AWWs
• Tracking of beneficiaries on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Facilitate school level workshop
• Collect beneficiary data from the Field and assist Project Officer to prepare a master list of beneficiaries
• Collect Key Progress Indicators data and other RMNCHN indicator data from the field as well as from the system (PRI, Health, ICDS, Education) in a regular interval
• Regular field visit with the PRI to ensure intervention and outcome
• School visit to strengthen in-school adolescent group
• Facilitation of linkages between PRI/ULB, service providers and Community and Strengthen the existing village level government platforms (like VHND/ VHSNC/ Mohalla Committee/ Mother’s group etc.)
• Handholding support to the PRI and AWWs to set nutrition and health-specific intervention at the village/ WC level
• Providing handholding support to the PRI to identify most vulnerable areas or pockets where the additional focus needs to be given
• Demonstrating innovative initiatives in some selected areas which can be replicated in the entire GP
• Follow up with all new couples in the target population
• Follow up on difficult malnourished children (if any) on request with the PRI, AWWs and ASHAs
• Prepare monthly reports and maintain daily records and registers
• Participate in training and meetings with the leadership team

Qualification, experience, and skills required: for NGO Job in Assam for Supervisor (Core Area) Apply By 25 May 2026                                                                                                    

• Minimum graduate with at least one years of relevant professional experience in NGO Sector.
• Should have own two- wheeler.
• Fluency in Assamese, Hindi, English is essential.
• Experience of working with Government stockholders Is preferred, especially with ICDS and Health department.

Remuneration:

The salary will be 18,000 per month depending on the qualifications and experience.
