1. Minimum Graduate (No 12th pass, need bit professional people)
2. Skills:
3. IT skills must
4. Email Communication
5. Internet applications
6. Presentation, Documentation, understand basic Excel features

*A basic IT certificate is mandatory. He/She may either enroll in the Drishtee

IT Certificate Course or submit any other valid IT Certificate.

1. Identification and selection of Business units and building franchisee network (Maximum 3 Months)
2. Manage and support the post onboarding support for franchisees to grow the business
3. Manage field-based activities, service support for franchisees, Local level partnerships.
4. Ensure continued activity of business and Revenue generation for each unit (Minimum Rs. 4Lac top line revenue achievement by 6 months)
5. Area and Geography:
6. Will be responsible for minimum One Block network building and management.
7. Remuneration and Engagement:

Annual CTC- Rs 1,86,000/- plus Rs 4,500/- Monthly Expenses.
