To achieve goal of High Impact Mega Watershed Project 2.0 improving the well-being of 16000 (Odgi-9000,Bhaiyathan-7000)small and marginal households by creating NRM assets and adopting various income-enhancing livelihood interventions.
Key Objectives for NGO Job in Chhattisgarh for Team Leader Apply By 28 February 2026
Objective 01
Create productive natural resource management assets for restoring biodiversity by leveraging MGNREGS funds in the 2 most deprived blocks.
Objective 02 Enhance the income of SECC-deprived households by 50% through appropriate livelihood layering- cropping intensity increase 150-200%
Objective 03
Building capacities of front-line functionaries, PRI members, community members, and CSOs in participatory planning, natural resource management and livelihood enhancement.
Objective 04
Formation of APC: Build the capacities of women farmers on agriculture production clusters with adoption of climate resilient approach.
Objective 05 Integrate gender perspectives into flagship programs, particularly MGNREGA, by building the technical capacities of women mates, PRI leaders, and members of SHG and VOs.
To achieving above objective various project activities planning, Implementation, monitoring reporting and team management is role and responsibility of Team Leader.
