We are looking for a Business Strategy & CSR Head to lead fundraising and corporate partnerships for the foundation.
This is a high-ownership role focused on building a strong CSR pipeline and driving long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities (CSR & Fundraising)
- Lead end-to-end CSR fundraising from corporates and foundations
- Build and manage relationships with CSR heads and decision-makers
- Identify, pitch, and close funding opportunities
- Create compelling pitch decks, proposals, and brand decks
- Drive repeat partnerships and long-term funding pipelines
- Represent the foundation across CSR forums, events, and networks

- 4+ years of experience in CSR, fundraising, consulting, or strategy roles
- Proven track record in raising CSR funds for NGOs
