Role Overview (NGO Job in Delhi for Communications Coordinator Last Date 15 August 2025)
We are seeking a self-motivated and creative Communications Coordinator who can bring fresh ideas, manage digital platforms, and craft compelling narratives to amplify ASPIRE’s mission. The ideal candidate will have a flair for visual storytelling, a strong grasp of social media trends, and a passion for working in the social sector.
Key Responsibilities (NGO Job in Delhi for Communications Coordinator Last Date 15 August 2025)
Social Media & Digital Communication
Manage ASPIRE’s Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X accounts.
Design and publish engaging posts, stories, reels, and graphics using Canva and other creative tools.
Track and analyze social media engagement to enhance visibility and impact.
Creative Content & Collateral
Create presentations (PPTs), newsletters, infographics, and other visual content to highlight ASPIRE’s work.
Develop field stories, blogs, and visual content to showcase ASPIRE’s initiatives.
Assist in preparing funder proposals with strong narratives and creative layouts.
Collaboration & Outreach
Work with program teams to gather stories, photos, and videos from the field.
Contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and awareness initiatives to grow ASPIRE’s reach.
Coordinate with external creatives or agencies when required.
Skills & Qualifications (NGO Job in Delhi for Communications Coordinator Last Date 15 August 2025)
Graduate/Postgraduate in Communications, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in communications, social media management, or design (NGO/social sector experience preferred).
Proficiency in Canva; knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing tools is a plus.
Excellent English writing skills with a storytelling approach.
Strong understanding of social media trends and analytics.
Quick, self-motivated, and passionate about creating social impact.
