Job Description Position Summary IPE Global Limited invites applications from qualified candidates for the role of Senior Cash Transfer Analyst to assist in strengthening and implementing the Cash Transfer Scheme.
The analyst will provide programmatic, analytical, and coordination support to enhance the implementation, monitoring, and governance of the scheme. The role involves working closely with the national team, technical partners, project state teams, and other key stakeholders.

Programme Monitoring & Implementation Support Assist the national team in overseeing the Scheme’s implementation across various states. Monitor programme performance, enrolment, approvals, benefit disbursement, pendency, and key indicators. Support the development and revision of strategies, SOPs, advisories, operational tools, and review formats. Identify bottlenecks and facilitate coordination with national and state teams.
Data Management & Analysis Compile, clean, and analyze programme data to generate actionable insights. Conduct trend analysis to identify coverage gaps and operational issues. Create dashboards, presentations, and summaries for reviews and decision-making. Support data validation and quality improvement activities.
Government Engagement & Programme Strengthening Coordinate with government stakeholders and partners on implementation issues. Support national review meetings, consultations, workshops, and capacity-building activities. Follow up on action points and ensure timely reporting.
Documentation & Knowledge Management Prepare regular reports, briefing notes, and presentations. Document challenges, best practices, innovations, and success stories. Assist in preparing policy notes, concept notes, and technical documents.
Capacity Building & Technical Assistance Develop training materials, user guides, and communication resources related to Cash Transfer Schemes. Provide technical support to project states on scheme processes, MIS functionality, and reporting. Coordinate with technical teams to address system issues and improve user adoption.
The role may require undertaking additional duties as assigned by the Cash Transfer Expert, which align broadly with the key responsibilities.
Qualification & Experience
Essential
Postgraduate degree in Public Policy, Economics, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Management, Statistics, or related fields.
5-8 years supporting Government of India programmes, preferably in Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT), social protection, health, or nutrition sectors.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and presentation tools; familiarity with MIS data analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable
Experience with national cash transfer schemes or social protection programmes.
Knowledge of DBT, PFMS, and government programme implementation processes.
Contract Type and Period This is a fixed-term contract initially for two years, with the possibility of extension based on performance. Compensation The salary package will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience, and the last drawn salary.
