KEY ROLES AND RESPOSIBILITIES

(NGO Job in Gurugram Haryana Assistant for Training Manager Last Date 26 September 2025)

(1) ACADEMIC INITIATIVES – Responsible for planning and coordination with Academic Initiatives partners for all TOT, Field trainings

Pre- Training (TOT & on field) :

Get agenda from Partner after suggesting dates and location . plan field visits for AI partners

Check with field (PM/TO) what they want included in their trainings.

Communicate the same to AI partner .

get Training material from partner and share with field

Handle all logistics and travel arrangements of AI partners for trainings

Coordinate with field team on what has to be displayed on banners put up during trainings.

During Training: Responsible for entire flow of training.
Post Training :

collect training report from field staff

compile training report

send report to donor relations and finance team

(2) TRAINING AND CONTENT CREATION – Ensure Quality of teachers through content creation, trainings and assessments.

Actively manage and verify calendar from field for QTT.
Develop QTA paper
Collect training reports from TO , cross check it and send to donor department.
Plan & conduct MGML , Library , English trainings for Trainers & teachers such that it enables effective rollout.
Prepare English modules on a quarterly basis and conduct on call sessions for trainers.
Prepare and roll out MGML content after review with trainers.
Designing and piloting PNGO Capacity building trainings.

(3) THEORY OF CHANGE – Assist in the TOC Project.

(4) DONOR – Presentations for Donors on need basis

Freshers are welcome.
