Responsibilities

- Organize farmer trainings, demonstrations, exposure visits, and meetings
- Support adoption of improved agricultural practices, organic farming, and climate-resilient techniques
- Collect field data and maintain project records and documentation
- Monitor project progress and outcomes against targets
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports for donors and management
- Support audits, evaluations, and impact assessments
- Knowledge of government agriculture schemes and farmer-centric programs
- Strong field coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work with rural communities and farmer groups
- Report writing and documentation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas
- Experience with FPOs, cooperatives, or livelihood projects
- Knowledge of sustainable/organic agriculture
- Local language proficiency
