Key Responsibilities for Manager Monitoring And Evaluation NGO Job in Mumbai Maharashtra Apply By 29 January 2026
- Support to strengthen monitoring and evaluation framework for existing programmes and for new programmes
- Review programme output, outcome, and Impact indicators and track progress
- Monitor all programme activities and progress from time to time and recommend further improvement of the logical framework and tools
- Provide feedback to the Senior Management and team on programme strategies and activities and suggest strategies to the Management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the programme
- Report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress on all programme activities
- Provide inputs, information, and statistics for quarterly, annual, and other reports to Programme team of Desh Apnayen
- Assist the School engagement team and content team with M&E tools and in supporting them in their use.
- Data collation, Analysis, maintaining database and preparation of monthly MIS reports
- Organize and conduct training on M&E/MIS for programme team
- Reports on the findings and lessons learned from Programme interventions from time to time
- Hiring and coordination with research agencies for desired outcomes of the organisation and third party evaluations as and when required and ensuring their work requirement, timelines and quality
- Support M&E head in execution of Baseline and Endline study for existing and new programmes
