Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage work plans, timelines, and deliverables across all active projects
- Co-create strategies with leadership and team members to achieve mission-aligned targets
- Monitor progress against physical and financial milestones; maintain accurate records and ensure compliance
- Maintain project dashboards and provide regular updates to senior management
- Draft and manage stakeholder communications, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Organize events that amplify BFA’s impact and community engagement
- Support fundraising efforts through documentation, outreach, and proposal inputs
- Oversee HR deployment, attendance tracking, and team coordination
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure timely payments, accurate invoicing, and transparent documentation

Who We’re Looking For

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
