Overview

(NGO Job in Supaul District Bihar for Supervisor cum MIS Officer 31 August 2025)

As Supervisor

1. Ensuring proper coordination of activities.
2. Ensuring effective need assessment, planning, implementation, monitoring, addressing issues, capacity building, coordination, liaisoning/networking, resource mobilization, fund utilization in coordinator with the program coordinator.
3. Supporting Program Coordinator for ensuring effective planning, implementation, monitoring, addressing issues, capacity building, coordination, liaisoning, fund utilization, documentation.
4. Submit report of distribution of materials/livelihood & supervising in detail.
5. Ensuring healthy relationship with all Stake holders, Govt. PRI, other agencies, field offices and supporting agency/donor.
6. Depute the community facilitator wherever shortage of staff.
7. Organize meeting with the government & village officials.
8. Ensuring effective program and resource management as per the project guideline.
9. Ensuring proper coordination with various departments, resource agencies, NGOs/INGOs at the district level.
10. Supervision of community facilitator.
11. Attending capacity building programs either in operational area or outside.
12. Coordination between Central Office to Field Offices.
13. Ensuring proper representation of program achievements/success at Govt. /Media/ Other forums/meetings.
14. Ensuring effective program and resource management as per the project guideline.
15. Ensuring systems are in place for warehouse, distribution, and utilization of resources.
16. Appraising visitors, donors, seniors and Govt. Officials regarding the progress of the program, best practices etc as per the need.
17. Any other assignment assigned by the Program Coordinator and as per the need of the program.

MIS/Documentation

1. Ensuring reporting and documentation of are maintained at all end and the events/achievements/happenings/best practices /learning/challenges etc as per the need of the program with coordination of program coordinator.
2. Collecting information about the technical requirements and data entry of the information received at regular intervals.
3. Developing and evaluating the data received that satisfy agency requirements
4. Supplying resources and training required for community facilitators to install and maintain new software programmes
5. Creating, managing, analyzing, and debugging IT systems
6. Interpreting specifications and creating IT solutions that adhere to all requirements and financial restrictions
7. Creating MIS documentation to facilitate efficient operations and simple system upkeep.

Salary per month Rupees forty thousand only (approximate)
