Position Summary (NGO Job Opportunity for Senior Communication Expert in Ranchi Jharkhand Last Date 19 July 2025)

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Communication Expert with 4–5 years of professional experience in designing impactful communication materials such as Annual Reports, Newsletters, Brochures, Case Studies, and other visibility documents. The ideal candidate must also possess a strong command over social media communication and branding, with the ability to support organizational communication goals across multiple platforms and formats.

Conceptualize, design, and develop high-quality communication materials including:-
Annual reports.
Brochures and flyers.
Newsletters (print and digital).
Case studies and success stories.
Event reports and impact stories.
Handle social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) with strategic content planning, branding, and engagement.
Work closely with program and field teams to gather data and stories for content development.
Ensure brand consistency in all organizational communication and design outputs.
Support media relations and PR efforts by drafting press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
Maintain and update content on the organization’s website and digital platforms.
Perform multifunctional tasks as assigned by the organization, including internal communication and coordination with donors/partners.
Assist in organizing communication campaigns and donor events, providing both creative and operational support.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Design, or equivalent .
4–5 years of relevant experience in development communication, graphic design, and content writing.
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, etc.).
Strong writing and editing skills in English and Hindi.
Demonstrated experience in managing social media channels and analytics.
Ability to handle multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Experience in working with NGOs or development organizations preferred.
