Are you passionate about teaching and equipping youth with practical retail and IT skills? Sofia SMART Centre is looking for a motivated and experienced Trainer to conduct Customer Relationship & Sales (CRS) classes and guide students towards employment readiness in the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities: (NGO Job Opportunity in Delhi for Facilitator Last Date 10 August 2025)

Conduct regular CRS classes as per the curriculum.
Deliver practical training in customer service, sales techniques, retail operations, and basic IT tools.
Create a dynamic and interactive classroom environment.
Track student progress and maintain training records.
Prepare students for job placements and interviews.
Mobilization of students
Follow ups of students
Coordinate with the Centre Manager for assessments and reporting.

Graduate in any discipline (preference to candidates with Retail/Marketing/IT background)
Prior experience in training/teaching CRS or retail-related courses.
Good communication skills and command over Hindi & basic English.
