Job Role Overview: (NGO Job Opportunity in Salem Tamil Nadu for Program Executive Last Date 20 August 2025)

The Program Executive is responsible for planning, organizing and implanting projects, gathering data, insights and regular reporting including monitoring and evaluating progress of the program through the ‘Measures of Success’ metrics.

1. Program Planning & Coordination: Lead planning and prioritization of field activities with local and CSR partners, ensuring alignment with project objectives, deadlines, and roles.
2. Team Supervision & Capacity Building: Guide and support field officers through regular monitoring, field visits, and on-site/off-site training while ensuring adherence to organizational values.
3. Implementation, Liaison & Compliance: Ensure high-quality execution of activities, obtain necessary government permissions, liaise with officials for progress reporting, and ensure adherence to guidelines.
4. Monitoring, Data & Reporting: Oversee data collection, maintain accurate records, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for CSR partners or as required.
5. Resource & Budget Management: Develop work plans, manage activity budgets, track expenses, verify bills, and conduct basic audits to ensure efficient CSR fund utilization.
6. Multitasking & Project Management: Effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution and coordination across different timelines
7. Stakeholder Engagement & PR: Build and maintain relationships with local agencies, government officials, and partner organizations to facilitate smooth project execution.
8. Program-Specific Oversight: Manage and scale Asani sanitary pad distribution, including sales, training, community awareness, data tracking, partnership management, and program growth.

1. Ability to multi task and work under multicultural environment.
2. Ability to handle a variety of assignments under pressure of deadlines.
