Program Implementation (Program Implementation Manager NGO Job in Pune Apply by 31 March 2024)
- Manage the execution of the TAP program with the ground team.
- Create quarterly, monthly and weekly implementation plans for the team based on goals set in the strategy
- Design and monitor processes and analyze data to track program execution
- Review data analysis with the team to identify problem areas and enable solutions
- Drive regular visits to the stakeholders and users by all Team Leads to ensure excellent execution of the program and timely collection of data
- Ensure alignment on achieving the overall goals of Operational Excellence
- Oversee the smooth execution of various TAP events like hackathons, exhibitions, induction, meet-ups, showcases, etc.
- Ensure readiness of program execution data reports and any one-off data requests to share with the key stakeholders (internal and external)
- Ensure the team coordinates with schools for visits by external stakeholders
New Partnerships Acquisition – School, NGO, and Government
- Manage the creation of a pipeline of schools, NGOs, and Govt for the TAP program
- Support the team in understanding the key decision-maker persona and requirement to pitch the appropriate solution matching their need
- Support the team in product demos and program discussions with the decision-maker
- Ensure the team negotiates MoU and closes agreements to maximize win-win for successful partnerships to TAP school’s mission and handover to Operations team
- Maintain strong industry knowledge including but not limited to competitive offerings and customer aspirations (School Owners, Teachers, Parents, Students)
- Engage with Government stakeholders (DEOs, Dy. DEOs, Mentor teachers, etc.) to enable the setting up of formal partnerships with state or district Government bodies.
Existing Partnership Management (Program Implementation Manager NGO Job in Pune Apply by 31 March 2024)
- Monitor action plan for retention of partner schools, NGOs, and Governments
- Track and review client data, reports on progress, impact, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders and possible use in future case studies or training
- Ensure alignment with the Operations team in the plan and execution logistics for various TAP events like hackathons, induction, meet-ups, etc.
- Track the follow-up with PoCs to track revenue through accountability fees (if applicable)
- Monitor surveys and feedback forms sent to school and government leaders by the team
Standardization and Automation (Program Implementation Manager NGO Job in Pune Apply by 31 March 2024)
- Research and learn from best practices to improve the overall vertical
- Strategizing on approaches for better execution of the program to improve on the operational excellence goals and be better equipped for larger outreach
- Focus on leveraging technology as an enabler to streamline and simplify processes and automate them wherever possible
- Create an easily replicable and scalable model of operations to enable TAP’s vision

- Support and coach the Team Leads to enable their development
- Track the performance of the Team Leads and provide timely feedback for development and suitable recognition for motivation
- Enable a healthy, collaborative, and outcome-focused environment in the team

- Be an ambassador for TAP in any external forums
Qualifications & Experience (Program Implementation Manager NGO Job in Pune Apply by 31 March 2024)
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any field
- Must know Marathi (mandatory)
- 3+ years of relevant full-time work experience, preferably in working with Government officials, and stakeholders, managing operations and teams
- Worked with children and varied teams
