Post graduate degree in rural management /social sciences/Sociology

Experience-

At least 5years of ground experience working in tribal area
working on issues of governance, entitlement, convergence with local govt
He /She should have knowledge of constitutional process and provisions and training to youths
Development of training modules on different issues
Organization of youth collectives among tribes
Preparation of participatory plans and other with the local community
He /Should have adequate skills of reporting and documentation using current technology

2.Training and capacity building

Evolving leadership among the community and support them in their initiatives at ground level
Advocacy with local govt panchayats and state officials
