Project Leader – FPO/FPC
The AF-EC is looking for a Project Leader (Coordinator) to take forward the FPO & FPC development to achieve their objectives. The AF-EC has promoted 16 FPOs (Farmer Producer Organisations) and one FPC (Farmer Producer Company). They are functional at different levels of performance. The AF-EC is one of the CBBO (Cluster Based Business Organisations) supported by NABARD and NCDC.
Responsibility (Project Leader NGO Job in Anantapur Andhra Pradesh Last Date 10 June 2025)
- Responsibilities are broad and indicative and not exhaustive.
- Facilitating Farmer Producer Organisation (FPO) / Farmer Producer Company (FPC) and their business development as social enterprises
- Strengthening Governance and management systems in the FPOs/FPC and their sustainability.
- Learning and Capacity building of the FPO/FPC programme team
- Preparing project reports for fundraising and as per donor requirements
- Support programme teams to ensure smooth implementation of programmes
- Managing MIS & PME reports periodically
- Networking all concerned stakeholders

- Graduate/Post-Graduate in Agri-Business/Development Studies or equivalent.
- Above 5 years of Experience in Farmer Producer Organisations and Business Development.
- Knowledge & Skill in preparation of Reports.
- Should be well versed with MS-Office.
Accion Fraterna-Ecology Centre (AFEC) has been working in Anantapur & Sri Sathya Sai Districts since 1982, active in 230 villages across 8 manuals. The AF-EC’s objective is to attain the livelihood security of small farmers and farm labourers.
