Job Description (Regional Program Coordinator NGO Job Vacancy in Lucknow UP)

The Accounts Executive at Green Future Collective is responsible for documenting day to day financial activities of the organisation. This will include internal statements, financial reporting and profit and loss analysis.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) (Regional Program Coordinator NGO Job Vacancy in Lucknow UP)

Maintain and update day-to-day financial statements of the organisation
Generate invoices and e-way bills as and when required
Create a monthly trial balance, receipts and expenditure statement of MRF (Material Recovery Facility), Expense Statement of MRF, Expense statement of Transfer Stations
Evaluate and share the monthly salaries of the staff and team.
Update and maintain the organisation’s quarterly receipts, expenditure accounts, and balance sheets.
Create and maintain other documentation as and when required by the organisation.
Stock data management.
Collect and collate bills from employees for reimbursements.
Monitor and ensure that facility-wise expense sheets are maintained by on-ground staff
File GST on the portal in a regular and timely manner
Create and send out monthly/ quarterly financial statements/ reports.
Monitor stock and sales data maintained by the team
Conduct and execute any other exercise as necessary for maintaining the financial health of the organisation.
