AMS (www.amsindia.org) is a research-based consulting company, working with various Govt. departments and international agencies (World Bank, Unicef, UNDP, etc.). Our major areas of work include Public Health, Nutrition, Water & Sanitation, Women & Child Development, Education, Rural Development, Income & Livelihoods, Handicraft / Handloom Clusters, Financial Inclusion, etc.
To strengthen our core Field Team, in the Hindi Speaking States, we require:
- Field Research Officer
- Uttar Pradesh / Bihar / Madhya Pradesh /
- Uttarakhand / Jharkhand / Chhattisgarh /
- Himachal Pradesh / J & K / Rajasthan
Job Responsibility (Field Research Officer NGO Job for various Locations across India)
- Travel extensively in the project villages in Hindi Speaking States as mentioned above
- The candidate may be assigned to any Hindi Speaking State based on the organization’s requirements
- Training of the supervisors and field interviewers
- Leading and monitoring the team to ensure quality of fieldwork
- Ensuring the completion of the project within the stipulated time frame
Eligibility (Field Research Officer NGO Job for various Locations across India)
- D in Social Sciences / Public Health / Statistics / Demography / Population Studies
- Candidates with a P.G. degree in the above mentioned disciplines may be taken as
- Junior Field Research Officers
- Willingness to travel extensively in all Hindi Speaking States, upto village level
- At least 5 years of experience of managing large-scale surveys (proof required)
Remuneration
- For Ph.D. Candidates – Rs. 40,000/- p.m. + DA + TA + Mobile Expenses (as per company norms)
- For P.G. Candidates – Rs. 30,000/- p.m. + DA + TA + Mobile Expenses (as per company norms)
Appointment
Initially, the individuals will be appointed on probation for a period of 1 year. After successful completion of the probation period, the deserving candidates may be absorbed in the regular cadre of the organization with benefits, such as, PF, Health Insurance, Medical Allowance, etc. The interviews will be conducted on first come-first served basis.
