Hiring Organization: Staplesabode Social Welfare Foundation

StaplesAbode Social Welfare Foundation is a non-profit organisation which registered child care institution run in accordance with the Juvenile Justice Act. The focus of the home is to provide a loving and nurturing environment for children living with HIV who have been abandoned by their family. We use to provide care and support for HIV/AIDS infected abandoned kids and orphan children.

Job Responsibility

1. He/ She should have Prior experience of working in NGOs and experience of providing Training and Awareness workshop on Health and HIV/AIDS.
2. Maintain documentation required in the project
3. Update progress files – monthly progress report of each child and incidental report of child, whenever a problem or issue or incident occurs for a child and record the academic progress of the child every 5th of the month
4. Provide necessary support as and when required for any other essential services in the organization need basis
5. Coordinating CWC team and Government team
6. Ensure safety, best practices and high-quality standards are maintained for the kids at care home.

Desirable skills

1. Proficiency in English and Hindi.
2. Computer skills required.

Qualification: Graduate in any relevant field with 2-3 years of work experience in development sector or otherwise, freshers are also welcome
