Overview for NGO Job in Gurgaon Haryana for Center Head Apply By 26 January 2026
1.Manage all activities to run Worker’s assistance centre (WAC) in Gurgaon which include qualitative and quantitative delivery of Paramarsh (assisting workers with ESIC healthcare/compensation) and benefit delivery to the workers.
2.The main WAC activities, other than the main role of assisting injured and non-injured workers. include;
Quality Management for Data & Process -Ensure quality data collection and error free entry in the IT system (SSP). Taking accountability and ownership for data integrity. Monitor data entry and give feedback for corrections/ Rectifications
Shadow with team members while doing Paramarsh & file making to ensure quality and organizational values.
Lead and provide direction and guidance to the Field Team and the Assistant Centre Coordinator (ACC) for smooth functioning of WAC activities e.g. Paramarsh , Hitlabh Files, Medical Board, Shramik Chaupal, Support Group Meeting etc.
Manage Labour welfare fund scheme related activities at the centre and help workers getting the scheme benefits
Coordinate with other centres and other pillar activities and implement them at WAC
- Build effective relationship: Liaison with ESIC branch offices and Sub regional office, Labour welfare department, and other stakeholders for smooth running of program & case resolution.
- Community Outreach and Engagement: Conduct outreach activities to reach ESIC registered workers and their families including the residential areas of workers.
5.Advocacy: Identify timely and surface critical issues for advocacy with ESIC at the Branch / Regional / HQ level. Create evidence from the regular work in the form of videos &testimonials.
6.Shramik Saathis: Develop them- Develop the Shramik Saathis (worker volunteers) as an important ally group – as an Extended Field Force. Engage, coach, and motivate them to do more, better. Help build their knowledge, confidence, and courage in dealing with the issues of the IPs and supporting them.
7.People Management: Be an effective Manager and ensure that the team is motivated and energized – engage deeply. Weekly one on one with the team members to understand the problems/challenges they face and to find a solution.
8.Financial Management: Control budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial compliance.
9.Reporting: Prepare reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and center performance for senior management.
10.Carry out any other work as assigned by the Head of Operation & CEO from time to time.
