The District Coordinator will be at the heart of Girl Rising’s work in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. This is a dynamic, field-intensive role that demands equal parts relationship-building, program management, and on-ground problem-solving. You will serve as the primary liaison between Girl Rising, our implementing partner, government schools, teachers, parents, and district authorities. This is an expanded role where you will actively shape curriculum adaptation, lead teacher capacity-building, drive government engagement, and contribute to the evidence base that helps us grow. Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Girl Rising with local stakeholders, including the implementation partner, Field Staff, Parents, Teachers, School Administrations, and the local government.
