About the Role
We are looking for passionate, experienced, and industry-oriented Technical Trainers to deliver high-quality vocational training to youth under our skill development programs. The trainer will be responsible for imparting technical knowledge, practical skills, workplace safety practices, and employability skills to prepare candidates for successful employment.

- We are hiring trainers for the following trades:
- Manufacturing (Welder / Fitter / CNC Operator / Automotive Machine Operator)
- Construction (Bar Bending / Shuttering Carpentry / Masonry)
Tiles Installation
- Electrician
- Plumber
- Pipefitter
- Material Handling Equipment (Forklift / Boom Lift / Scissor Lift)
- Sewing Machine Operator
Location: Kalyan Gurukul across Jharkhand

- Deliver classroom and practical training as per the approved curriculum and lesson plans.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations, practical sessions, and skill assessments.
- Prepare daily lesson plans, training reports, attendance, and assessment records.
- Ensure effective utilization and maintenance of training equipment, tools, and consumables.
- Maintain workshop discipline and ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide mentoring and individual support where required.
- Integrate digital learning tools and technology into the training process.
- Prepare trainees for assessments, certifications, interviews, and placement opportunities.
- Coordinate with Centre Principal and Operations Team for smooth execution of training activities.

Educational Qualification

Experience
