1. Donor Research & Outreach (domestic and international)

• Identify potential donors inc. corporate CSR, foundations, philanthropists, and HNIs.
• Conduct research to build a structured pipeline of prospective donors.
• Maintain and regularly update a database of donor prospects and partners.
• Initiate outreach through emails, calls, LinkedIn, and referrals to build relationships.

2. Fundraising Collateral & Proposals

• Prepare and refine fundraising presentations, concept notes and proposals.

• Coordinate internally with the team to gather relevant data and updates required.

3. Donor Meetings & Relationship Management

• Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential donors and partners.

• Maintain regular engagement with existing donors through updates and communication.

4. Partnerships Development

• Develop partnerships with corporates, NGOs, foundations, & other ecosystem organisations.

5. Fundraising Campaigns and Events (online and offline)
