About Saksham Trust
Saksham Trust is a National Award–winning non-governmental organization dedicated to the empowerment of persons with visual impairment (PVIs). Working at the intersection of advocacy and service delivery, Saksham supports PVIs through rehabilitation, education, training, and access to assistive technology.
Founded nearly 23 years ago by Mr. Dipendra Manocha and Ms. Rummi K. Seth, Saksham is driven by a strong belief that persons with visual impairment can achieve anything-with the right support and inclusive approaches. Today, Saksham operates across multiple locations, including Delhi, Noida, Punjab, and Himachal Pradesh.
Role Overview NGO Job in Delhi for Program Manager Apply by 24 September 2026
The Program Manager will play a key role in planning, implementing, and monitoring projects across Saksham’s programs. The position involves close coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders, along with responsibility for documentation, reporting, and communication outputs.

- Plan, implement, and oversee program activities in line with organizational goals
- Coordinate with stakeholders including partners, donors, and internal teams
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Develop engaging content for social media and communication materials
- Support creation of videos and visual content for outreach and advocacy
- Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned by the organization
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Communication, or a related field from a recognized university
- Strong documentation and reporting skills with attention to detail
- Ability to write clear, engaging content for social media and other platforms
- Working knowledge of design tools such as Canva and CorelDRAW
- Basic to intermediate skills in video creation and editing
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal capabilities
Compensation
