Application Open for Young Tinker Fellowship 2025, The Young Tinker Fellowship is a full-time, two-year immersive journey crafted for driven individuals aged 21–32 who are passionate about creating real-world impact. Offered by the Young Tinker Foundation, this transformative program empowers changemakers to lead initiatives at the intersection of hands-on education, innovation, and social development—turning purpose into action and ideas into impact.

As a Young Tinker Fellow, you will:

- Work directly with underserved schools—particularly in rural and tribal India—through Tinkerspace on Wheels (TOW), our mobile makerspace initiative.
- Facilitate STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) learning using cutting-edge tools like AI, IoT, 3D Printing, Robotics, and more.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to co-create learning experiences, develop vernacular curricula, and help scale our vision across India.
- This is not just a teaching program—it’s a leadership journey.

Who Can Apply?

Our fellows come from diverse backgrounds, including recent graduates, postgraduates, and professionals from various fields. We seek individuals who:
- Believe in the power of education to transform lives.
- Demonstrate leadership potential and a willingness to learn.

- Are problem solvers and effective collaborators.
Eligibility Criteria:

- Youths aged 21–32
- Graduates or recent graduates (within 6 months of application)
- Individuals eligible to work in India (Indian citizens or holders of valid work visas)
- Passion for education, grassroots innovation, and rural development
- Backgrounds in science, engineering, design, education, arts or social work are a plus—but not mandatory
