Eligibility Criteria for London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) Fellow in International Social and Public Policy Fellowship Opportunity 2026
To be eligible for the LSE Fellowship position, applicants must meet the following requirements by the start date of the appointment:
- Have completed, or be close to completing, a PhD in Social Policy, Public Policy, or a closely related discipline such as Economics, Political Science, Sociology, or another relevant field aligned with the requirements of the post.
- Demonstrate the ability to teach courses offered by the Department of Social Policy, London School of Economics and Political Science, particularly in the area of International Social and Public Policy.
- Possess experience teaching at the undergraduate and/or postgraduate level, with the ability to engage and support students effectively.
- Show strong research potential and the capacity to produce internationally recognized, high-quality academic publications in the field of international social and public policy.
The fellowship is intended for early-career academics who are committed to excellence in both teaching and research and who wish to develop their academic careers within a world-class social sciences institution.
