Accountancy Fellowship – Supported by the Worshipful Company of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales

The Accountancy Fellowship is designed to promote financial sustainability in higher education institutions across the Commonwealth by encouraging collaboration among experts in finance, funding, and higher education policy. The fellowship supports the objectives of the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) Higher Education Taskforce’s Finance and Funding working group, helping to strengthen financial resilience, encourage evidence-based policymaking, and share effective funding practices among universities.

A total of one fellowship award is available, providing funding of up to £2,500.

Projects supported under this fellowship should focus on one of the following themes:

  • Higher education finance
  • Research-to-policy engagement
  • Sustainable and innovative funding models for higher education institutions

Hong Kong Inbound and Outbound Fellowships – Supported by the Hong Kong Jockey Club

The Hong Kong Inbound and Outbound Fellowships aim to strengthen academic collaboration and mobility between higher education institutions in Hong Kong and universities across the Commonwealth.

A total of two fellowship awards are available:

  • One fellowship for inbound travel to Hong Kong
  • One fellowship for outbound travel from Hong Kong

Each award provides funding of up to £2,500 to support collaborative visits and research activities between partner institutions.

All fellowship recipients are required to submit a final report outlining their activities, outcomes, and achievements upon completion of the award.
