Applicants must submit the following documents as part of their application:
- A duly completed and signed grant application form
- A detailed project proposal (approximately 3 to 5 pages) in English or Tibetan, outlining the proposed activity (as per the provided proposal guidelines)
- A project budget prepared according to the prescribed sample format
- Two recommendation letters from experts in the arts and culture sector who are familiar with the applicant’s work and background
- A copy of the applicant’s valid Green Book (for individual applicants)
- A copy of the applicant’s valid Registration Certificate (RC) (for individual applicants)
- For organizations, a copy of the Green Book of the director or head of the organization

Please note that all submitted copies must be duly attested by a CTA अधिकारी (Joint Secretary level or above) or a Tibetan Settlement Officer.

The final selection will be based on the following marking system:
- Project Proposal: 30 marks
- Interview: 70 marks
