The Corporate Fundraiser will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding corporate partnerships and sponsorships to secure funding and non-financial support for the organization’s programs and initiatives. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of aligning corporate CSR goals with the mission and impact of the organization.

Identify, research, and approach new corporate partners aligned with the organization’s values and goals.
Develop customized proposals and partnership pitches based on corporate CSR objectives and organizational needs.
Maintain and strengthen existing corporate relationships through regular engagement, impact reporting, and stewardship.
Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and corporate engagement events.
Collaborate with program, communication, and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting, visibility, and compliance with partnership agreements.
Maintain records and update fundraising database/CRM with all interactions and agreements.
Track funding trends and CSR priorities in the corporate sector to inform strategy.
Meet annual fundraising targets and contribute to the overall resource mobilization strategy.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.

Familiarity with CSR trends, sustainability, and cause-related marketing.
