Responsibilities and Duties: Education Programme Manager NGO Job in Madhya Pradesh Apply by 1 May 2025)

Managerial responsibilities of education program in 40 villages.
Program planning for the primary education program.
Designing and implementing of regular monthly tests for children.
Growth monitoring of children’s learning.
Data analysis and monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
Community capacity building.
Pedagogy: curriculum planning, resource selection, and ensuring the quality of education.

Qualifications: Education Programme Manager NGO Job in Madhya Pradesh Apply by 1 May 2025)

Master’s degree with 2-5 years’ experience in Rural Community Education Programme or related field.
MS Excel, Word, and basic data analysis.

Remuneration: As per experience and qualification (Negotiable)
