Overview (Holistic Wellbeing Facilitator NGO Job in Bengaluru Karnataka Apply by 20 June 2025)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Holistic Wellbeing Facilitator located in Bengaluru. The Holistic Wellbeing Facilitator will be responsible for facilitating holistic wellness activities, conducting wellbeing workshops, aimed at enhancing the emotional, mental, and physical well-being of participants. The facilitator will travel to various prisons in Karnataka upto 15 days per month to deliver these workshops. In collaboration with resource personnel, they will also plan and develop the curriculum to be delivered.

What we are looking for in you: (Holistic Wellbeing Facilitator NGO Job in Bengaluru Karnataka Apply by 20 June 2025)

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Holistic Health, Social Work, Education, or related field; Ability to converse in Kannada; Prepared to travel upto 15 days a month to various Central prisons in Karnataka; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Experience in holistic healing practices, counselling, and mental health support; Certification in holistic healing modalities is a plus; Ability to facilitate wellbeing workshops and activities; Female candidates only, as the workshops are conducted for women in the prisons.
