Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand
Internal Stakeholders: State Heads, Director Programs, Functional Heads and the WISH program and dissemination team
Manager Job in Lords Education and Health Society (LEHS) & (WISH) Education: Master in Statistics/Population Studies/Social Science
Experience: 5 – 8 years
Manager Job in Lords Education and Health Society (LEHS) & (WISH) Necessary Skills:
- Technically sound in M&E and data analytics and possesses excellent skills for using quantitative (e.g., SPSS) software packages with high level of computer skills such as MS Excel/MS PowerPoint/MS Word/Tableau/QGIS/Looker Studio/Power etc.;
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret census and national level health surveys (e.g. NFHS, NSS, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to provide the technical assistance on M&E of program and research studies with specific focus on Health System Strengthening in high-altitude regions and developing program reports
- Demonstrated experience in technical aspects of data analysis, data driven decision making, performance monitoring on key program indicators, data quality, etc.
- Skills in program data analysis generated through various MIS software and develop strategic road map for planning and monitoring including skills in conducting training on data management to state and district level staff
- Demonstrated experience of scientific writing and program documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including presentation and writing skills
- Demonstrated cross-cultural, teamwork skills and ability to foresee issues and initiate appropriate action
- Must be flexible and able to work in a challenging environment;
Language Proficiency: Hindi & English. Local dialect (eg. Garhwali, Kumaoni desirable)
